‘Before I formed you in the womb I knew you,
before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations.’
[Jerimiah 1:5]
Danielle Artis-Williams is a prophetic seer and intuitive painter, whose work is led by divine inspiration. Rooted in her West Indian heritage and shaped by her upbringing between Jamaica, the Netherlands, and Baltimore Maryland, she brings cultural and spiritual death to every canvas.
Her past battles with depression, PTSD, suicide ideation and deep desire for belonging has poured out onto every canvas leaving her collectors describing her art as emotionally moving, spiritually charged and visually striking.
Her background as a master colorist and cosmetologist informs her fearless use of color and texture, yet it is her spiritual insight that sets her work apart. Each painting is as an act of deliverance & revelation crafted not merely to be seen, but to be deeply felt.
Her creative lineage runs deep. Her refined eye for elegance comes from her mother, a woman of West Indian grace and discernment. Her artistic gift was passed down through her father, Eric Artis, making her work, not just a personal calling, but a continuation of legacy. With over 12 years of professional experience , it wasn’t until more recent years that her paintings began to take root in prayer, fasting, scriptural wisdom and Divine timing.
